Aapko Apni Aankhe band karke beth na hota he. or body se aane vali or jane wali swaso par focous karna he dheere dheere aap ko aapk ki body bahot hi bhari hoti huvi lagegi. aap ki soch dheera dheera zero me ho jayegi. aap ko pata bhi nahi chalega. aap agar adhik se adhik dhyan Kar te Ho to aap sukh or dukh dono se pare ho jaoge. na sukh aap ke jivan pe koi asar karega or nahi dukh aap ko rula payega. life aesi ban jati he jese aap hi aap ka bhavishya bana rahe he. aap apni tarah se apni life ji rahe he. aap ko aap ki life ji ne ke liye kisi sahare ki jarur nahi hoti. log aap ko bahot pyar karne lagte he. aap jaha jate ho aa vaha extraordinary person ban jate ho. aap kisi ki bate sunna jyada pasand karte ho. or jarurat ho tohi bolte ho. aap ne kai chize jiske bare me kabhi socha hoga ke ye muje mil jaye wo achanak aapo mil jati he. aap koi bhi kam karte ho to apne aap ko us kam me pura samarpit kar dete ho. succes aap ke kadmo me ho ti he. aap ki life puri tarah se chang ho jati he.
    
     Aap ne dekha hoga ke kai log aese hote he jinki problem choti hoti he lekin wo us problem ko bahot badi samaj lete he. or kai log badi se badi problem ko bhi dimag se nikal dete he. kyo ki un logo ki soch unke hi hath me hoti he. isi liye wo uska solution turant dhundh lete he.
     
     Har Insan ke body me Kai Tarah Ki Anergy Hoti he Lekin Jab Nagative soch ho to wo anergy Waste Hoti he or उर्जा ki kami ke karan aap dusre kamo me bhi pura ध्यान nahi de pate. lekin Meditation aap ki Wo anergy Ki Puri tarah se control me Rakhta He OR Aap Jub Meditation Karte He Tab Aap Ki शरीर Me Or Bhi Kai tarah ki बदलाव aati he or aap ko Active Or Positive Ban Jate He.
